ICR Inc. handles IR and PR for Complete Solaria, the solar technology, services and installation company that has received a $10M investment from Fortis Ventures, which is affiliated with legendary venture capitalist John Doerr.
The California-based company, which offers end-to-end service on high-performance residential solar panels, is merging with Freedom Acquisition I Corp.
They filed an S-4 registration statement covering the deal with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Feb. 10.
Freedom Acquisition I Corp. is led by executive chairman Tidjane Tiam, a former CEO of Credit Suisse and Prudential.
