FINN Partners promotes John Bianchi to partner, head of editorial services for the FINN health practice. Bianchi joined FINN in 2014. Before that, he served as interim communications director at The New York Times. He has also held leadership roles at Goodman Media International and The National Audubon Society. Ring Concierge, a bridal and fine jewelry e-commerce brand, hires Neda Whitney, who was previously head of marketing of the Americas at Christie’s, as its first CMO. At Christie’s, Whitney oversaw the creative, content and strategy teams. She also guided the auction house’s entry into the NFT market and led marketing for its $1.6 billion sale of the Paul G. Allen Collection. Before joining Christie’s in 2021, Whitney was senior vice president and managing director of client services at ad agency R/GA, working with such clients as Tiffany & Co., L’Oreal, Unilever, ESPN and Amazon. At Ring Concierge, Whitney will be tasked with boosting the brand’s marketing and communications strategy and developing its creative department.

Crowe PR ups Natalia Barclay to senior director of integrated public relations and marketing, and Haley Walker to director of integrated marketing. Barclay will oversee Crowe’s client services organization, as well as continuing to counsel on integrated public relations and marketing strategies for clients across all of Crowe PR’s divisions, including consumer goods, healthcare and technology, and hospitality. She joined the agency in 2019 as a group manager. Walker, who joined the agency in 2021, will spearhead the company’s consumer goods business unit, as well as continuing to support the spirits, technology, apparel and accessory roster.
