Richman comes to the agency from McCann Health New York, where she most recently served as executive VP, leading the project management, resource management and regulatory operations departments, She was previously held several senior posts at BFB Group. Ketchum hires Vincent Dente as chief creative officer. Dente worked as a director and photographer before moving into the agency world and leading creative efforts at firms including Edelman, MSL Publicis and BCW.
