Imre brings on Jennifer Richman as executive VP of client operations. Richman comes to the agency from McCann Health New York, where she most recently served as executive VP, leading the project management, resource management and regulatory operations departments, She was previously held several senior posts at BFB Group. Ketchum hires Vincent Dente as chief creative officer. Dente worked as a director and photographer before moving into the agency world and leading creative efforts at firms including Edelman, MSL Publicis and BCW. Based in New York, Dente will lead a diverse group of creative talent that works across all of Ketchum’s consultancies and capabilities. “We knew his unique perspective would challenge our teams to deliver groundbreaking creative that celebrates culture and that’s rooted in data and strategic insights. Magrino promotes Olivia Scrofani to vice president. Scrofani has been with Magrino since 2017, most recently serving as a senior account director. She has led campaigns for such clients as The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resors and Casa de Campo Resort & Villas.
