Before joining Matter, Tress worked on ad campaigns for brands including IKEA, Burger King, Miller Lite and Domino’s Pizza. Paycom Software, Inc., which provides cloud-based human capital management software, names Steve Sturges CMO. Sturges co-founded Oklahoma City-based VI Marketing and Branding in 1992 and served as a partner and creative consultant for Paycom for more than 15 years. As Paycom’s chief marketing officer, he will lead strategy, development and execution across all marketing and communication functions.
