The Klein/Johnson Group acquires bipartisan lobbying firm Perry Bayliss Government Relations, which works with clients in the telecom and tech sectors. Perry Bayliss founders Steve Perry and Kim Bayliss will join the Klein/Johnson Group as principals. Before launching Perry Bayliss in 2016, Perry and Bayliss worked at the Dutko Group, and they both have extensive Capitol Hill experience. “Steve and Kim are industry veterans with a keen understanding of how to navigate not only both houses of Congress, but also the federal agencies tasked with implementing the most significant pieces of legislation,” said Matt Johnson, principal at Klein/Johnson Group. “The extensive experience Steve and Kim bring to Klein/Johnson, along with their unique ability to build bipartisan support, will enable our growing team to drive success for our clients facing the most complex political and regulatory challenges.”

Jaymie Scotto & Associates, a Las Vegas-based firm that provides brand strategy, public relations, digital marketing and event planning services for global data centers, real estate companies and network operators, acquires Forward Vision, a women-owned, Dallas-based, full-service B2B marketing communications agency specializing in technology and network infrastructure companies. The Forward Vision team, including its top executives, creatives and digital, social and PR professionals, will join JSA, and 13 new clients will be added to JSA roster. The combined entity's reach now includes more than 65 team members spanning multiple continents and time zones for a global network of client and partner influence.
