Clarity appoints Kristen Ingraham as president, North America. Ingraham has been running her own consulting and communications business since exiting Padilla, where she was a senior VP, in March 2023. She was previously an SVP at Buffalo.Agency, a VP at Porter Novelli and a senior director at PMK*BNC. In her new position, Ingraham will spearhead Clarity’s growth in North America from its current base of offices in New York and California. “Kristen is a strong leader of talented teams and brings not only commercial acumen and deep contacts in the North American market but also experience in a range of sectors that build on Clarity’s heritage in technology,” said Clarity CEO Rachel Gilley. The announcement of Ingraham’s hire coincides with the appointment of a new executive committee to support Rachel Gilley, who became CEO last month to drive the next phase of Clarity’s global growth.

Food marketing agency Ingredient hires Shane Robbins as senior director, client services. Robbins joins the company from Minneapolis-based digital consultancy Nerdery, where he served as client success director. Before that, he was SVP, group account director at McCann Worldgroup for over two decades, serving as co-lead of McCann’s Minneapolis office and North American account lead on General Mills. At Ingredient, his primary focus will be leading the account management team, supporting business development and onboarding new clients to set the foundation for successful client relationships. ”With his extensive background in client management, he is poised to not only enhance our account management team but also elevate the satisfaction of our amazing clients,” says Ingredient VP, account services Michele Souder.

Lumen Technologies, which offers communications, network services, security, cloud solutions, voice, and managed services, brings on Ryan Asdourian as EVP and CMO. Asdourian joins Lumen from Microsoft where he most recently led the company's security business group, with responsibility for P&L, sales enablement, and marketing across North and South America. Before that, Asdourian led business development and marketing for the Microsoft Surface business group in the United States, and the Windows and Devices business group in the United Kingdom. In his new role, he will oversee brand and product marketing, and corporate communications. "Ryan is a proven leader who has demonstrated a remarkable ability to link product capabilities with customer needs and market those products in disruptive ways," said Lumen president and CEO Kate Johnson.
