Travel and hospitality agency Cheryl Andrews Marketing Communications has been named agency of record for regional travel and tourism media company the Caribbean Journal.

The Caribbean Journal — which publishes pan-Caribbean newspaper Caribbean Journal, as well as regional news website caribjournal.com — focuses exclusively on Caribbean travel and tourism information, as well as news and reviews of hotels, restaurants and attractions in that region. The Miami-based company was founded in 2011 by Alexander Britell, who also serves as editor.

CAMC will work to position the Journal as an authoritative source of information pertaining to the region, and will raise awareness of the Journal’s travel and tourism expertise with PR campaigns in the U.S. and globally that target print, digital and social media outlets.

Coral Gables, FL-based Cheryl Andrews Marketing Communications was founded in 1985.
