Laura Macdonald, who leads Hotwire’s North America consumer practice, has been promoted to executive vice president at the global tech PR specialist.
Macdonald, who joined Hotwire in 2008, was named vice president in 2016 after relocating to the agency’s San Francisco location after being stationed in its London outpost, where she served as director and lead the agency’s consumer and tech practices. She was appointed to the role of North America head of consumer in early 2017. She most recently held the position of SVP.
Prior to joining Hotwire, Macdonald was an account manager at Weber Shandwick in London.
