BAM Communications has launched BAMx, an “acceleration team” that offers startups and VCs modular PR and marketing support. Judene Small, who was operations manager at wireless power company uBeam before joining BAM in December 2018, is head of BAMx and Neha Singh is serving as managing director. BAMx is intended to serve as a middle ground for companies who need to implement PR and marketing initiatives, but aren’t able to justify a significant, long-term investment in an agency team. Singh says that BAMx’s modular approach “allows us to build packages to fit every scenario from product launches and funding announcements to pop-up events and content creation.”
