The subsidiary of Canada’s Hydro-Quebec has a deal to transmit clean wind, solar and hydropower to the Empire State.
FTP, which kicked off its effort in July, is charged with providing “always-on” communications and grassroots support focused on amplifying the benefits that HQ can deliver for New Yorkers and the environment.
The firm also is to push back on misleading information generated by HQ’s opponents.
A $420K budget supports FTP’s outreach campaign.
