The Lede Company has acquired Paris-based Olivier Bourgis Communications and Marketing as the Hollywood publicity firm expands its presence in Europe.
Olivier Bourgis now serves as managing director of Lede Paris.
He said the merger with TLC provides his firm access to international expertise, media markets and resources, according to a report in Deadline.

Lady Gaga, Amy Schumer, Reese Witherspoon, Shakira, Mary J. Blige, Pharrell Williams, Live Nation, Hulu, and Apple TV+ are among TLC clients.
Founded in 2018, TLC has about 140 employees in Los Angeles, New York, and London, where it opened last year.
