Supreme Group, a healthcare commercialization platform, has acquired Health+Commerce, a strategic PR and marketing shop based in Eagle (ID), serving the medtech and biotech sectors.
Launched in 2017, H+C has annual revenues in the $10M range from clients such as AnHeart, Stoke, SetPoint Medical, Enovis, McKesson and Teleflex. It has 30 employees.
H+C will operate as a standalone unit within Supreme Group, and be headed by its current management team of Nicole Osmer (founder/president), John Osmer (COO), Krysta Pellegrino (chief client officer),vand Nicole Beckstrand (EVP).
Nicole Osmer said joining Supreme will provide additional resources and support as her firm scales, and new growth opportunities for employees.
H&C has offices in Minneapolis and Philadelphia.
Supreme Group, which is headquartered in West Chester (PA), is backed by Trinity Hunt Partners private equity firm with more than $2B in assets under management.
Bryan Garnier Securities (Pierre-Georges Roy and Michael Tuller) served as advisor to H+C.


Motion, a Chicago-based brand growth agency, acquires video-forward marketing and communications firm AKA Media Partners, which has been in business since 1998.
Declan Kelly's Consello has acquired Morpheus Risk, a UK-based risk and threat assessment firm.
Ruder Finn has acquired Missouri Creative, a 30-member visual storytelling, design and experience-led brand activation firm based in London.
Highwire acquires The Bliss Group, creating a combined firm, operating under the Highwire brand, that has more than 250 professionals across North America.
Miami’s Newlink Group has acquired Italy’s EJ to strengthen its position in southern Europe, where it has offices in Madrid and Barcelona.
