Blue Ant Media and marblemedia are merging their production and distribution operations into one unified studio and rights business. With hubs in Toronto, New York, Los Angeles, Miami and London, the merger of these operations sees Blue Ant Media acquiring marblemedia and international sales operation Distribution360. The combined business also includes Saloon Media, Look Mom! Productions and distributor Blue Ant International, provide an expanded scope of intellectual properties across all genres. Marblemedia co-CEOs Mark Bishop and Matthew Hornburg will take the helm of the business, serving as co-presidents and reporting into Michael MacMillan, CEO and co-founder, Blue Ant Media. “The appetite for premium content remains strong in the global market, and we can better serve this demand with high-quality content and by working with best-in-class collaborators,” said Bishop and Hornburg.

Lisbon

Registration for the 8th Edition of the Lisbon International Advertising Festival remains open until August 14. Awards will be presented in the areas of AD, HEALTH and PR, as well as Young Lisbon, which gives young people the opportunity to show their talent by responding to a real brief that will be evaluated by a panel of industry pros. After the juries have evaluated the projects, curators Rodger Beekman, Eva Santos Bouzas, Luís Silva Dias, Sara Fátima Koraishy and Gabriel Augusto will meet at Rio do Prado, Portugal, between September 18 and 20 to discuss the results and present the awards.
