Clarity tabs chief client officer Rachel Gilley to succeed departing CEO Sami McCabe. Gilley joined the agency in 2019 as UK managing director. She was previously managing director at Bite Communications (now Archetype). As CEO, Gilley will be supported by a leadership team made up of Tom Telford (president digital marketing), Nick Lansman (president public affairs), Robyn Sefiani (president APAC & reputation counsel) and Will Julian-Vicary (head of technology). “Rachel has been crucial to Clarity’s growth story since joining five years ago—overseeing operations in Europe, managing the agency’s largest office in London, while supporting me as part of the global leadership team,” said McCabe. ”I leave Clarity as a strong and vibrant agency, with an exceptional CEO and outstanding global executive team.”

Relevance International brings on Jessica Abercrombie, Marynia Kruk and Kirsty Gallagher as VPs. Abercrombie, who serves as vice president, PR, is be based in Los Angeles. She most recently was founder of The Abercrombie Agency, and before that served for three years as director of marketing and public relations for Marriott International. Kruk, who is vice president, PR in Relevance’s New York office, was a director with Antenna Group. Before transitioning to PR, Kruk she was a contributor to real estate media platform The Real Deal and a foreign correspondent for Dow Jones Newswires / the Wall Street Journal and Reuters. Gallagher, who is based in New York as VP, digital, most recently served as an account supervisor at a digital and creative agency based in Philadelphia. She also founded and led Marketing Solutions by Kirsty, a marketing solutions consulting firm. “I’m confident Jessica, Marynia, and Kirsty will be excellent additions across our public relations and digital operations,” said Relevance International founder and CEO Suzanne Rosnowski.

TrailRunner International hires Anan Ibrahim and Christoph Diesch as directors in its UAE office, following the appointment of Seth Hand as head of the Middle East in September 2023. Ibrahim most recently led Edelman’s UAE energy practice, where she oversaw the setup and growth of the firm’s energy portfolio. Before joining Edelman, she was head of media relations at the Emirates National Oil Company, and she has also held positions at firms including Weber Shandwick and Golin. Diesch also comes to TrailRunner from Edelman, where he was most recently head of technology for the UAE, leading the development and execution of regional communications strategies for international, regional and UAE-based tech firms. He previously held various positions at APCO Worldwide, mainly working on government affairs projects. Hannah Guenther, who was based in NY, has transitioned to the UAE to help serve clients and work alongside Seth, Anan and Christoph.

Bennett most recently served as CMO and SVP of 3M’s safety and industrial business group, where she led the global marketing function and broader community of marketing practice for the company’s largest business group. At nVent, she will lead the company’s global marketing organization, working to strengthen the focus on vertical marketing, expand digital marketing capabilities and enhance the company’s customer and partner experience. Bennett also will oversee branding and communications. “She is deeply experienced in B2B and B2C marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth through global marketing and brand strategies for large industrial and consumer brands, and also is experienced in leading global P&Ls,” said nVent chair and CEO Beth Wozniak.
