Ruder Finn has recruited Ketchum veterans Corrine Gudovic and Tera Miller to bolster its consumer group, which serves Coca-Cola, Disney, LG and Aveda.
Gudovic becomes consumer head, while Miller takes on creative planning duties.
They worked together at Ketchum, where Gudovic was managing director of client experience in a 17-year run. She handled clients such as Beam Suntory, ConAgra Brands, J.M. Smucker, Lowes, Nestle Purina, and Whirlpool.
Miller, a 26-year veteran of the Omnicom unit, served as North America creative director. She worked on the American Egg Board, Cargill, General Mills, Ulta Beauty, Wendy’s and Whirlpool accounts.
RF CEO Kathy Bloomgarden called the duo “exceptional leaders and creative thinkers who will bring a new level of excellence as the agency develops innovative tools for enhancing the consumer experience.”
At RF, Gudovic and Miller will boost its integrated marketing capabilities, and team with its TechLab and creative studio to develop new offerings to drive consumer engagement and conversion in the fragmented omnichannel environment.
RF ranks as O’Dwyer’s No. 6 firm with 2023 fee income of $175.5M.
