Soho’s North 6th Agency has acquired Atlas Communications, a top social media shop in Toronto.
CEO Matt Rizzetta called Toronto his shop’s “second home,” adding that Atlas will provide clients a “more robust service experience across social media, content marketing and design.”

With the deal, a team of N6A staffers will relocate to Toronto to serve as the core PR media team in Atlas’ office in the financial district.
Jasmine Pickel, CEO of Atlas, will head N6A/Toronto and report to executive VP Daniela Mancinelli. “This acquisition gives us immediate scale, global client reach and the opportunity to be an integral piece of an organization that is creating something new,” said Pickel.
O’Dwyer’s ranked N6A as one of its fastest-growing PR firms for 2016 as it charted 28.6 growth in fee income to $4.3M.
