Angela Carmichael, FH's Toronto general manager, will helm the merged shop as president, supported by Katherine Fletcher, HR's managing director, who takes on COO responsibilities.
The partners have a history of collaboration and teamed on number of projects during the past year, according to Fletcher.
She expects "current and future employees will benefit from the growth opportunities presented by this powerhouse in Canada."
FHR's offices are to be led by senior VPs in Montreal (Nathalie Bergeron), Ottawa (Gordon Taylor Lee) and Vancouver (Mark Reder), with Carmichael retaining leadership of Toronto.
