Honolulu’s Kapiʻolani Community College

Kapiʻolani Community College in Hawaii’s capital of Honolulu is looking for an agency that can provide marketing and advertising services.

The public community college, formerly known as Kapiʻolani Technical School, was established in 1946. Part of the University of Hawaii’s colleges system, it counts about 7,000 students.

Kapiʻolani Community College needs an agency with experience in marketing, design, market research and brand development that can provide marketing services that promote the college and build brand awareness among key audiences in an effort to cultivate community partnerships, connect with prospective students and increase student enrollment.

Scope of the work includes: developing a visual brand identity and accompanying messaging for the college; researching and evaluating perceptions of the college’s brand identity; designing brand collateral such as flyers, brochures, email blasts invitations, social media ads and PowerPoint templates; and providing video and photography services.

Proposals are due by 2:30 p.m. (HST) on March 1 and should be submitted electronically using HIePRO, the state of Hawaii’s eProcurement System

All questions should be submitted through the HIePRO portal by 4:00 p.m. (HST) on February 9.
