The Hawaii State Public Library System, the statewide system consisting of 51 public libraries located on six of the Aloha State’s islands, is looking for an agency familiar with Hawaii’s culture that also has experience working with libraries, that can rebrand its state public library system with a new logo design and collateral material development.

Scope of the work includes: research and stakeholder engagement to understand consumers’ views of the HSPLS brand; a comprehensive brand package that aligns with HSPLS’s mission and vision (which includes deliverables such as logo designs and taglines, artwork, photography, letterhead, business cards and the creation of style guidelines and templates for emails, e-newsletters, reports, presentations, social media graphics, signage, electronic and printed program announcements); training to ensure HSPLS staff can use new style guidelines effectively; post-implementation assessment and plan so HSPLS can measure campaign success; and account management services.
