lexKentucky's Blue Grass Airport, the Lexington airport that handles 1.2M passengers per year, is looking for an outside PR agency to develop a crisis communications plan.

The airport, operated by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Airport Board, wants a plan to cover both aviation and non-aviation (weather, cyber security, public safety) crises to support its existing emergency plan required and approved by the Federal Aviation Administration.

The plan, which should include all platforms of media and crisis training for airport executives and marketing staff, must include a list of vendors that can help conduct a large-scale press conrference.
