New York's Battery Park City Authority is on the hunt for an outside PR firm.
The public benefit corporation wants a firm to handle all of its PR, including media relations, crisis communications and soical media, among other tasks.
Battery Park City is a planned community in lower Manhattan that was severely affected by the Sept. 11 attacks but has rebounded successfully, drawing Goldman Sachs' world headquarters and other development. It contributes about $200M in funds to the City of New York annually.
The contract is capped at $12,000 per month.
