Jill Tannenbaum steps down after nine years as CMO.

“Jill has worked with me for most of the past 25 years and has always added tremendous value to me personally and to the companies at which she worked. I respect Jill's decision to move on to a new adventure and wish her all the best for a successful change in her career," said C&W's global CEO Donna Imperato.

Pagano brings more than 25 years of experience to the table building brands at multiple agencies, including FleishmanHillard and GCI Group, which was merged into C&W in 2008.

“Susan is an admired talent in the industry and among those of us who have worked with her in the past, and I’m confident she will accomplish great things for Cohn & Wolfe," Imperato said.

Last week, former DeVries Global U.S. president and COO Laura Pesin Eder was named C&W president, North America.  Pesin Eder was most recently executive VP and director of operations at Edelman's New York consumer practice.
