BCW has named Johanna Skilling executive vice president, strategy and planning, based in New York, and Jeffrey Cutler executive vice president, analytics and performance media, based in Washington, D.C. Skilling has most recently served as head of planning, Ogilvy Health North America. She has also been an executive vice president at Havas Health and Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness. At BCW, she leads the agency’s North America strategic planning team across all practices. Cutler comes to BCW from Zeno Group, where he was executive vice president, performance marketing and head of analytics. He built the agency’s performance marketing and analytics practice and led a team of programmers responsible for building proprietary data applications. “Johanna and Jeffrey are both world-class talents who are experts in mining research, data and analytics to uncover powerful and relevant insights that move client audiences with precision and impact and drive business results,” said BCW president, North America, Chris Foster.

Hill+Knowlton Strategies has appointed Claire Holden chief innovation officer for its UK operation. Holden was previously managing director of H+K UK’s retail and leisure practice and creative director of integrated communications. She will continue to lead the agency’s relationship globally with adidas, which H+K has worked with for more than 20 years. She also has over 15 years’ experience running clients which include Westfield, LG and the London Eye. “This is a vital role for our agency as we look ahead and I have no doubt that Claire is going to make a massive impact on everything that we do in H+K London,” said H+K UK CEO Simon Whitehead.

SourceCode Communications has brought on Hugh Collins to oversee its fintech and enterprise practices. Collins joins SourceCode from Bateman Group, where he was a vice president and served as fintech lead. He previously worked with SourceCode co-founders Greg Mondshein and Becky Honeyman at Hotwire Global, where he led the U.S. fintech and regtech practices. He has also served as a senior director at MBS Value Partners and worked as a finance and business reporter with Bloomberg News and Aol News.

Event and experience marketing agency George P. Johnson has promoted Fiona Bruder to executive vice president of client success. Bruder has been with the company since 2002, most recently as senior vice president, client services. She has overseen and helped drive the development of the IBM Global Program and ensured alignment of all event experiences to the IBM brand design expression. In Bruder’s new role she is responsible for overseeing and managing the agency’s key global accounts, including IBM, Redhat, Facebook, Macy’s and AMEX while leading GPJ’s offices in Boston, New York City, and Austin.
