SKDK adds Mariel Sáez to the staff of its Washington office as SVP in the public affairs practice. Sáez was most recently director of broadcast media for president Biden's White House communications team. She was previously deputy communications director for the Presidential Inaugural Committee and women's media director for the Biden-Harris presidential campaign. Before that, Sáez worked for house majority leader Steny H. Hoyer in roles including deputy communications director. At SKDK, Sáez will work across the firm to support public affairs and corporate clients.

Mower adds Ted Wahlberg and Andy Mamott to its senior leadership team. Both join the agency from gyro, which recently integrated to form Merkle B2B. Wahlberg has been named SVP, group creative director. At gyro, he managed creative and strategy for a wide range of B2B and B2B2C clients as executive creative director. Mamott, who will serve as Mower's SVP, creative director, was group creative director at gyro, working with Wahlberg. He was previously a senior art director at Foote, Cone & Belding.

Kurt Osenlund
R. Kurt Osenlund

Mark Allen & Co. promotes R. Kurt Osenlund to creative director, a newly created role, and account supervisor. Osenlund has been with the agency since 2019, most recently serving as creative and media strategist. Before joining Mark Allen & Co., he was executive editor at Out magazine, and he has also held editorial positions at Slant and Playboy. In his new role, Osenlund will work on generating campaign ideas and lead the development of graphic design assets and videos.

Food solutions company SpartanNash promotes Adrienne Chance to SVP, communications. Chance was hired in April 2021 as VP communications. She was previously senior director of corporate communications for Borden Dairy Company, and also served in that position at Topgolf Entertainment Group. At Spartan Nash, Chance leads the vision, strategy and implementation of SpartanNash's approach to purpose-driven internal and external communications and serves as executive director of the SpartanNash Foundation.
