KemperLesnik names David Prosperi EVP and managing director. Prosperi was previously SVP of communications for the Options Clearing Corporation, the world’s largest equity derivatives clearing organization. He has also held senior communications roles at Aon, CME Group and the Chicago Board of Trade. Prosperi also served as Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs at the U.S. Department of Transportation under President George H.W. Bush, and Assistant White House Press Secretary under President Ronald Reagan. “His expertise in risk management and financial services will certainly benefit our client base, as well as the businesses we serve in the sports, entertainment and hospitality industries,” said KemperLesnik CEO Steve Skinner.

Reputation Partners brings on former KemperLesnik EVP and managing director Amy Littleton as president, effective Aug. 15. At KemperLesnik, Littleton managed the agency’s PR operation. “Amy has a vision for growth, is a caring manager and embodies integrity, philosophies and priorities that align very well with my own,” said agency founder Nick Kalm, who is moving from president to CEO at the firm. “Her interests, skills and experiences will be key to continuing the growth trajectory at Reputation Partners.” Reputation Partners executive vice president and general manager Andrew Moyer will continue in his current role.

Clyde Group promotes Geoff Vetter to SVP of public affairs and Jenny Wang to SVP. Both were previously vice presidents at the firm. Vetter works with public affairs clients spanning the healthcare, agricultural, and app-based economy sectors. Most recently, he was the spokesperson for the “Yes on Prop 22” campaign, which exempted app‑based transportation and delivery companies from providing employee benefits to some drivers. Prior to joining Clyde Group, Vetter was a consultant for multinational engineering firm AECOM. Wang works with companies and organizations in the health care, technology, nonprofit and energy sectors. Before coming to Clyde Group, she was a vice president at kglobal.
