Hanley was previously chief marketing officer at Forge Global, a publicly traded marketplace for researching, buying and selling private company stocks. She has also held CMO positions at Achieve Financial, Helix and ShopRunner as well as marketing leadership roles at Microsoft and Esurance. “Megan is a perfect fit for our client-first culture, and she’ll be instrumental in attracting more investors who are in need of sound, holistic financial planning and investment advice,” said EFE chief executive Jay Shah.

Allison ups co-founder Jonathan Heit to global CEO. Heit was most recently global COO, and before that he served as global president. He succeeds Scott Allison, who is stepping down as CEO. Allison, who founded the agency as Allison+Partners in 2001, will remain global chairman, assisting with new business prospects, media and presentation training, and mergers and acquisitions in Europe. The changes follow last year’s rebranding of the agency.

Nickerson has named Shannon Mulaire director of PR & media relations. Mulaire, who joined the firm in early 2023, previously served as director of media relations. Before joining Nickerson, she was a news anchor and journalist for NBC News in Boston. She has also worked as a writer and producer for WTVT in Tampa. In her new post, Mulaire will oversee media relationship management, client-partner public relations activities, internal and external agency-related communications, in addition to overseeing the growth of Nickerson’s PR & communications division. "Shannon’s strong leadership capabilities have allowed her to quickly earn the trust of our team and client-partners,” said Nickerson CEO & founder Lisa Nickerson.

Rocket Companies, a Detroit-based fintech platform company including mortgage, real estate and other financial services businesses, names former Airbnb chief marketing officer Jonathan Mildenhall as its first CMO, effective Jan. 8. Mildenhall is co-founder and chair of branding and marketing consultancy TwentyFirstCenturyBrand, which has worked with companies including Pinterest, LinkedIn, Zalando, PepsiCo, NextDoor and Walmart. He will remain chairman of the business. In his new role, Mildenhall will be tasked with creating a unified voice for all businesses under the Rocket Companies umbrella, with all marketing and communications teams for the Company's brands reporting directly to him.
