San Jose-based tech and consumer agency McGrath/Power Public Relations and Communications has been named communications partner of American non-profit organization The Fannie and John Hertz Foundation.

The Fannie and John Hertz Foundation awards financial and fellowship support to Ph.D. students in the applied physical, biological and engineering sciences. Considered the most competitive and prestigious science and engineering graduate fellowship, the non-profit provides fellowship support of $250,000 over five years. The Livermore, CA-based organization was founded in 1957.

M/P will work alongside the organization to increase awareness of the fellowship as well as the innovations its recipients have made over the last six decades.

San Jose, CA-based McGrath/Power, which holds a wide range of clients in the B2B and B2C tech sectors, was founded in 1983.
