GSA

The General Services Administration’s Chicago office plans to hire a strategic communications partner.

The GSA provides buildings, administrative and acquisition solutions to federal governmental agencies to assist them in achieving their core missions, according to the RFP.

The PR partner will work with the GSA’s federal acquisition service, which uses “innovative techniques and leverages government-wide buying power, acquisition expertise, and electronic tools to successfully deliver new and existing services, products, and solutions.”

It will assist in integrating and coordinating select marketing strategies and communications for the purposes of increasing efficiencies, leveraging resources, and providing a higher and more measurable rate of effectiveness in the GSA’s marketing efforts.

The contract, which is a 100 percent woman-owned small business set aside, is for five years.

Proposals are due July 6.
