Montgomery County, which has 100K people living in southwestern Virginia, is hunting for a firm to provide it with a brand and messaging strategy update.
Blacksburg, home of Virginia Tech, and Christiansburg are the two key population centers of Montgomery County, which lies in a picturesque area between the Appalachian Plateau and Blue Ridge Mountains.
The RFP calls for a firm to counsel Montgomery Regional Tourism about “how to update its positioning strategy, select a new URS and voice to better promote the area’s assets, and to provide a more memorable and engaging visitor experience.”
The budget for the work is $30,000 to $35,000.
