The Chaffey Community College District, which serves seven cities in California’s San Bernardino County, wants proposals to highlight its workforce education and training programs.
The District’s more than 20K students in live in Rancho Cucamonga, Chino, Chino Hills, Ontario, Fontana, Upland, Montclair, and the Mt. Baldy area.
The RFP calls for strategic communications to target and reach those various communities, including members of the underserved and disadvantaged populations.
The selected firm will create compelling testimonials from graduates of the program who have received pay hikes or gained new career pathways.
Those testimonials should serve as inspirational and relatable narratives that resonate with target populations, showcasing the transformative power of the District’s workforce programs, according to the RFP.
The District plans to offer a one-year contract with options to renew for two more one-year periods.
Proposals are due Nov. 2 at Planetbids portal.
