The borough of Middlesex, New Jersey is looking for an agency that can provide public relations and design consulting services.
The Central New Jersey borough, which is located about nine miles west of New Brunswick in Middlesex County, has a population of about 15,000. Middlesex County is the Garden State’s third-most populous county, counting a population of nearly 900,000.
Middlesex is seeking the services of a full-service agency with knowledge of the borough that can assist with public relations and design consulting services.
Those services may include: press release writing, distribution and list management; pitching the press; devising and developing a brand for the borough; email newsletter design, content and distribution; posting to Facebook; social media engagement; social media design; graphic design (flyers, brochures, etc.); web services; and reporting and analytics.
Middlesex is looking to hire a firm that can provide services between January 1 and December 31 as well as for additional special projects and on a project-by-project basis.

Bidding agencies should submit one original and one copy of their proposals. All proposals should include a visual and/or audio branding sample. Envelopes should be labeled: “Public relations and design consulting services—sealed proposal.”
