Brittney Manchester, who hannded media outreach for signing up people for ObamaCare, has joined APCO Worldwide as senior associate director of its healthcare practice.
As director of communications for the Centers for Medicare and Medicare Services, Manchester, Manchester promoted outreach Open Enrollment program for healthcare insurance and the rollout of more than 60 Medicare issues during the Obama and Trump administrations.
She also provided messaging guidance, handled national reporters and counseled CMS leadership on press strategy for events.
Prior to CMS, Manchester was senior consultant at Deloitte and PA specialist for the Office of Personnel Management.
