Chelsea Clinton addressed Internet Week today in New York, updating the audience on the role played by technology to help women and girls strive for full participation in the 21st Century.
She discussed the findings of the Clinton Foundation's "No Ceilings: The Full Participation Project," an initiative to inspire and advance females throughout the world.
Clinton appeared with Ben Fry, principal of Fathom Information Design, which produced the report.
The Foundation says it's committed to fighting the stereotypes and barriers against women from equal access, representation and compensation. It is lining up partners to create a data based evaluation tool to measure progress.
