Fluvanna County, Virginia is requesting proposals from agencies offering creative marketing and communications services.

Fluvanna County is located 25 miles southeast of Charlottesville in the Commonwealth’s Piedmont region. Part of the Charlottesville Metropolitan statistical area, it counts a population of about 28,000. Its county seat is Palmyra.

Fluvanna County is looking for an agency that can provide creative marketing and communications services for its Economic Development Department as well as other various county departments for the purpose of enhancing and promoting the county’s image.

Scope of the work includes: providing public relations services; developing and implementing social media brand strategies; providing graphic design work and managing the development of print media (including reports, brochures, maps, flyers, advertisements, marketing materials and signage); performing photography and videography services; boosting web traffic; providing creative assistance for county events and trade shows; and research.

Terms of the contract call for a one-year commitment with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods.
