FINN Partners brings on Shari Dennis as SVP of integrated marketing. Dennis was most recently group account director at GS&F Marketing Communications and has served as director of account management for The Buntin Group and a management director for BBDO in Atlanta. Also coming on board at FINN’s Integrated Marketing division in the Southeast are associate creative director Victor (Vic) Samper, who has been a copywriter for Yebo, Capital One and Zinch as well as a senior copywriter for Buntin and the Johnson Group; production manager Ricky Carroll, who shepherds advertising and marketing collateral through the production process and serves as the communications liaison between FINN and its vendors and contractors; and Miguel Prieto, who joins the team as its newest account coordinator. FINN has also promoted Erica Mikrut, who has been with the agency since 2021, to senior copywriter from copywriter, and Elizabeth Gollihue, to art director from associate art director. “They share a creative mindset that is ubiquitous across our division,” said Sean Williams, Executive Creative Director for FINN Southeast.

Havas Red promotes UK CEO Rachael Sansom to CEO, Europe and UK. Sansom joined Havas Red in 2019 as managing director and was promoted to CEO of the UK in June 2022. She previously was managing director at Huntsworth’s Red Consultancy unit and held executive communications positions at Random House and Motorola. Her new role has been created to bring enhanced governance and focus to the region as the Havas Red Group grows within Europe and globally, currently encompassing nine offices in Europe and 23 worldwide. “To have someone of Rachael’s skills, experience and passion to lead this next chapter in our development makes perfect sense,” said Havas Red global CEO James Wright.

Energy Vault Holdings, which provides sustainable grid-scale energy storage solutions, appoints Bernie Colson as VP of investor relations. Colson was most recently SVP for corporate development, sustainability, and investor relations at Flotek Industries in Houston. He has also served as VP of investments at Clean Focus Yield, a solar asset holding company, and has held various energy investment-focused roles at Tortoise Capital Advisors, Waddell & Reed, and Citigroup Asset Management. “Bernie will act as a crucial bridge between company management and the investment community, ensuring that our strategy is effectively communicated while also amplifying the voice of our investors within the organization," said Energy Vault chairman and CEO Robert Piconi.
