Identity has been at the forefront of public relations and full-service communications since opening our doors in 1998. As the first PR agency in Detroit to offer in-house creative and social media services, we specialized in integrated communications before it even had a label.Unlike our PR agency peers, Identity's roster of clients was national before it was local, fueled by high-profile engagements with companies located in major markets throughout the United States. Over time, we expanded our local and regional presence by partnering with Detroit and Michigan's most recognized consumer, B2B and nonprofit organizations.
Today, Identity’s global client portfolio includes more than 100 active engagements across a dozen industries. We employ nearly 40 specialist professionals with defined expertise in strategic communications, media relations, crisis management, social media and digital marketing, sales enablement, and more. Our in-house creative team produces more than 1,200 projects annually. But, channels and platforms change. That's why our focus remains singular: mobilize quickly, think creatively and provide the highest degree of expert counsel at every turn.
