Vallum Advisors, an investor relations and financial communications consultancy serving the energy, industrial, metals & mining and real estate sectors, has launched with offices in Denver, Houston and Chicago. Vallum operates in four practice groups: investor relations; IPO/transaction communications; shareholder activism defense; and crisis communications. The firm has also named Noel Ryan III to the role of senior partner for North America. Ryan comes to Vallum from Summit Materials, where he was vice president – head of investor relations and strategic communicaitons. He will be responsible for leading the strategic expansion of the firm while overseeing client engagements.
