Allison+Partners opens several new offices in Latin America through an affiliate relationship with Grupo Garnier, which will rebrand offices in eight markets as Allison+Partners. Allison+Partners’ parent company, Stagwell, maintains a partnership with Grupo Garnier as part of its Global Affiliates program, launched earlier this year. As part of the partnership, Allison+Partners and Grupo Garnier will field a joint team in Miami led by general manager David Baum and business development director Tomás Saiz to counsel North American brands entering Latin America, as well as the U.S. Hispanic market. “Joining forces with Grupo Garnier puts us in a position to rapidly scale our offerings in Latin America, a growing global market with a significant need for communications and marketing services and a major opportunity for digital growth,” said Allison+Partners Global Chief Operating Officer, Jonathan Heit.

MERGE expands its marketing operations platform capabilities with the acquisition of marketing operations company Perkuto. The All the members of the MERGE and Perkuto leadership teams will remain in their current roles and work together to integrate the companies, which will operate under the MERGE brand name. Perketo helps such companies as Facebook, Adobe, Sony Biotechnology and Siemens expand marketing capacity, resolve integration challenges with work automation platform Workato, and leverage marketing automation software Marketo. “Uniting Perkuto’s Marketo expertise with MERGE’s content management system expertise elevates our ability to merge storytelling and technology such that it converts traffic to transactions for clients,” said MERGE chief executive officer Patrick Venetucci.

LINK Agency, which bills itself as a “TikTok Brand Factory,” launches its Content Creator Scholarship to support promising content creators. Participants will be put through a six-month scholarship program in which they will receive support from one of LINK Agency's two co-founders, Francisco Lopes and Francisco Schmidberger. During the scholarship, Lopes and Schmidberger will host weekly meetings to help develop career opportunities, negotiate brand deals, and provide ongoing advice and resources. Those interested can apply to the program, with the initial cohort of three to be selected by an industry leader committee based on their needs, passion and commitment to content creation.
