PSB, a global research and insights consultancy that is part of BCW Group, promotes Dave Gordon to chief executive officer. He succeeds Peter Horst, who is retiring but will remain with the company through the rest of 2021 to support the transition. Gordon joined PSB’s executive team in April 2021 to lead the firm’s U.S. offices in the Eastern region. Before coming to PSB, he was senior vice president, financial services and insurance at Phoenix Marketing International. Based in Boston, Gordon will be responsible for leading PSB’s global business expansion through engagements with major brands, advocacy organizations and political entities. “His wealth of experience across many facets of the market research industry, and his deep commitment to supporting talent, will yield great benefits for our business and for our staff,” said BCW and BCW Group global Donna Imperato.

Brunswick Group appoints Courtney Chiang Dorman managing partner of the Americas, a newly created role. Dorman has been with the agency since 2019, previously serving as partner and chief business officer. Before coming to Brunwick, she was senior and operational advisor at law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. In her new post, Dorman will work with Nikhil Deogun, CEO of the Americas and U.S. Senior Partner, to deliver group and regional strategic priorities. Brunswick has also names Mylene Mangalindan and Darren McDermott as co-heads of its San Francisco Office and Lauren Nadig as head of the Dallas Office. “The appointments of Courtney, Mylene, Darren and Lauren will further strengthen our ability to deliver world-class insight for our clients and guidance for our people,” said Deogun.
