The Aruba Tourism Authority is boosting its budget 29.4 percent to $2.2M at Zeno Group, according to its 2024 contract, effective Jan. 1.
Zeno’s annual retainer will jump 23 percent to $564K ($47K per month), “creator marketing” fees will rise 33 percent to $192K ($16K monthly), and crisis outlays wil jump 66 percent to $60K ($5K monthly).
In the event of a major crisis that requires additional funding beyond the monthly project fee, Zeno requires pre-approval from ATA.
Zeno began working for ATA in 2019.
Its recent work highlighted "Tattoovenir,” in which visitors got free Aruba-themeed tattoos; “Paradise on Tap” push about the island’s “potable and delicious” drinking water, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals.
Zeno is part of DJE Holdings.
