Travel insurance provider World Nomads has selected New York-based communications agency Turner PR as AOR.
Founded in 2002, World Nomads offers a range of insurance coverage for travelers, including property, medical and evacuation coverage, as well as emergency and travel safety assistance, and iPhone language guides travel. World Nomads’ coverage is available in more than 150 countries.
Turner PR, which also holds offices in Chicago and Denver, currently ranks number-six in travel and tourism PR, according to O’Dwyer’s annual rankings of PR firms. The agency is a subsidiary of Fahlgren Mortine.
The Illinois Dept. of Commerce and Economic Opportunity’s Office of Tourism has awarded MMGY Global its worldwide PR, social media and trade representative account.
