Paez, a Burson-Marsteller alum, spent the past seven years with Fox Broadcasting. She earlier worked in-house PR roles with Veoh Networks and Yahoo!
She takes a VP role with Hulu, reporting to CEO Mike Hopkins.
On the agency side, she was a corporate practice manager at B-M and corporate comms. associate for Bozell Sawyer Miller Group.
Hulu, based in Santa Monica, Calif., is backed by Disney, 21st Century Fox and Comcast.
