Public affairs giant Glover Park Group has teamed up with financial PR heavyweights Finsbury and Germany’s Hering Schuppener to form a strategic partnership that will provide clients cross-market access to counsel and digital offerings on a global scale.

Finsbury & Hering Schuppener

The alliance follows an initial partnership forged between Finsbury and HS last year. It will provide clients customizable communications counsel and support through a global network spanning across 16 offices in nine countries —  including Abu Dhabi, Berlin, Brussels, Beijing, Dubai, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, London, Los Angeles, Moscow, New York, Singapore, Tokyo and Washington, DC — as well as a combined global team of more than 500 professionals specializing in PR, media relations, finance and investment banking, journalism, the law, policy, government and research.

The partnership, which is not a merger, allows Washington, D.C.-based Glover Park, London-based Finsbury and Frankfurt-based Hering Schuppener to retain their individual names and leadership structures while pooling resources, expertise and capabilities under a unified network and common brand identity.

The partnership's  collective offerings include capital markets and transaction communications, corporate reputation and CEO communications, as well as crisis and issues management, and corporate and public affairs.

Glover Park, Finsbury and Hering Schuppener are owned by WPP.
