Dara Busch is the co-CEO of 5WPR, and leader of its award-winning Consumer division, which is comprised of its Lifestyle, Beauty, Health and Wellness, and Consumer Packaged Goods practices. As co-CEO, Dara oversees agency functions including Human Resources, Marketing, and Business Development, and supports overall agency operations. Dara is also instrumental in working to build and oversee the agency's Florida office.

Since joining 5W nearly a decade ago, Dara has built 5W's consumer division into an industry powerhouse known for its ability to craft and execute strategic communications plans that build brands, drive sales, and cement clients at the intersection of consumer behavior and cultural moments.

Dara was most recently honored by the American Business Awards as their 2023 Woman of the Year: PR and Marketing. She has also been named one of Campaign's 2023 US Inspiring Women, and has been named Female Executive of the Year in the PR & Communications category by the TITAN Women in Business Awards. Other accolades include being honored as a Game Changer inRagan's Top Women in Communications Awards and receiving a Silver Stevie Award in the Maverick of the Year "Women in Business" category.
