Imre hires Louis-Philippe Cavallo as chief financial officer. Cavallo most recently served as global chief financial officer at CreativeDrive, a division of Accenture Interactive. He has also served as managing partner at GroupM and CFO & head of shared services at Havas North America. In his new post, Cavallo will partner with the executive leadership team and imre’s Board of Directors on overall business strategy and critical process improvements. “Louis-Philippe is coming in at an important moment to align our finance function with the rapid growth and backend systems we’re using to simplify how we work with clients,” said imre CEO David Imre.

Narrative Strategies tabs Tom Dunn to lead its newly launched creative services division as creative director. Dunn joins Narrative from political consulting firm OnMessage, Inc., where he also served as creative director, producing ads for candidates, political committees and issue campaigns. Before that, he was media operations director for the National Republican Congressional Committee and handled energy and environmental issues for Rep. Bill Shuster (R-PA). “With more than a decade of experience as an award-winning ad maker and communicator, Tom has a long track record of success that makes him the ideal person to push the boundaries for what is possible at our firm,” said Narrative Strategies Founding Partner Ken Spain.

TrailRunner International promotes managing director and executive committee chairman Jim Hughes to chief executive officer. Hughes has been with the firm since 2016. Before coming to Trailrunner, he was SVP, head of media relations at Citizens Financial Group; director of corporate communications at CVS Health; and director of public relations at Comcast. TrailRunner International founder, chairman and CEO Jim Wilkinson will continue to serve as executive chairman of the firm, with a focus on implementing the firm’s global growth strategy while continuing to counsel strategic clients. Wilkinson credits Hughes with “driving our growth as an advisor to clients facing major inflection points like IPOs, M&A events, litigation, and other significant reputational issues.”
