Epstein-Ortiz, who was a candidate for the Florida State Senate in 2022, previously served as national political communications director for the Service Employees International Union. ORIX Capital Partners appoints former WPP director of global business development and chief client officer George S. Rogers as executive chairman of Optimal, OCP’s digital performance marketing portfolio company. Rogers will also join Optimal’s board. He most recently served as managing partner and chief operating officer of advertising branding agency The Fantastical.
