The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights names Eunic Epstein-Ortiz as EVP of communications. Epstein-Ortiz, who was a candidate for the Florida State Senate in 2022, previously served as national political communications director for the Service Employees International Union. She has also managed digital, media, crisis and stakeholder communication for public affairs clients at FleishmanHillard and was a spokesperson for former New York City council speaker Christine Quinn. “Her decades-long experience will be vital in our fight to protect the civil and human rights of all people,” said The Leadership Conference CEO Maya Wiley.

ORIX Capital Partners appoints former WPP director of global business development and chief client officer George S. Rogers as executive chairman of Optimal, OCP’s digital performance marketing portfolio company. Rogers will also join Optimal’s board. He most recently served as managing partner and chief operating officer of advertising branding agency The Fantastical. He has also served as chief client officer at Vice Media and chief development officer at Refinery29. “George is a true industry leader with robust agency experience that will bring a fresh perspective to our leadership team. George’s strong track record and industry knowledge will be a huge asset in achieving purposeful growth,” said Optimal CEO Michael Bassik.

TBWA names Ben Myers North American chief marketing officer, responsible for driving growth across its offices in the US and Canada. Myers was most recently head of business development at Johannes Leonardo, an ad agency that is 25 percent owned by WPP. He previously held account management positions at BBDO and Droga5. “The industry needs a new breed of CMO—one that is solutions oriented, not selling,” said TBWAWorldwide CEO Troy Ruhanen. “Ben is just that. I'm keen to see him push TBWA into new places and spaces.”
