Epstein-Ortiz, who was a candidate for the Florida State Senate in 2022, previously served as national political communications director for the Service Employees International Union. She has also managed digital, media, crisis and stakeholder communication for public affairs clients at FleishmanHillard and was a spokesperson for former New York City council speaker Christine Quinn. “Her decades-long experience will be vital in our fight to protect the civil and human rights of all people,” said The Leadership Conference CEO Maya Wiley.

ORIX Capital Partners appoints former WPP director of global business development and chief client officer George S. Rogers as executive chairman of Optimal, OCP’s digital performance marketing portfolio company. Rogers will also join Optimal’s board. He most recently served as managing partner and chief operating officer of advertising branding agency The Fantastical. He has also served as chief client officer at Vice Media and chief development officer at Refinery29. “George is a true industry leader with robust agency experience that will bring a fresh perspective to our leadership team.
