Prosek Partners promotes Tom Rozycki and Dan Allocca to partner. Rosycki has been with Prosek since 2005, most recently serving as a managing director. He provides counsel on financial communications, investor relations, media training, crisis communications and digital strategies. Before coming to the firm, he was with GCI Group. Allocca joined the firm as a managing director in 2021 from TIAA, where he was senior managing director and global head of brand and demand generation for TIAA, Nuveen and TIAA Bank. At Prosek, he serves as head of digital and integrated marketing. “They are incredible leaders who are beloved across the agency,” said agency founder and managing partner Jen Prosek. “They both embody the four things it takes to be a partner at Prosek: they are finders, minders, binders and grinders.”
Ketner Group Communications, which works with retail technology companies, ups Catherine Seeds to president and CEO. Seeds takes over for Jeff Ketner, who assumes the role of founder and senior advisor. She has been with the agency since 2002, and oversees its business development, partnerships, HR/operations, client success and agency culture initiatives in collaboration with a senior leadership team that includes VP of operations Adrienne Newcomb and VP of operations Kirsty Goodlett. “Catherine is a doer, thoughtful listener, creative thinker, and relationship-builder — all qualities that have become synonymous with Ketner Group because of her leadership,” said Ketner.
FreeCast, a digital media distribution company, names Gary Engel as CMO. Engel joins FreeCast from Warner Bros. Discovery, where as a director he oversaw the launch of Discovery +, as well as the growth of HBO Max. He was previously a vice president at the company, heading up marketing strategy and analytics for A+E Networks. Engel has also held senior roles with MGM, Comcast and Viacom. "HBO Max, Discovery +, and A+E networks all grew at a high rate during Gary's tenure. We're excited to benefit from that experience, too,” said FreeCast CEO William Mobley.
AutoNation, an automotive retailer, names Macy’s chief customer and brand officer Richard Lennox as its CMO, effective May 15. Prior to Macy’s, Lennox served as chief marketing officer at Toys R Us and Zales. In his new role, he will be charged with driving the brand's growth, reporting to CEO Mike Manley and serving as a member of its leadership team, overseeing brand, marketing and creative. "Rich is an inspiring leader and accomplished marketer with proven experience guiding brands through transformation. He leads transformational change to build sophisticated smart data-driven marketing models, increasing the productivity of marketing investment," said Manley.
