ROKK Solutions hires Rebecca Sivy as senior director of marketing. Sivy joins the agency from Discovery USA, an advocacy firm that is part of Publicis Health, where she was an account supervisor. Before that, she was a senior project manager at GMMB. In her new post, Sivy will lead the strategic marketing efforts for the firm. ROKK is also bringing on Gabrielle Gallone as senior account executive of digital. Gallone previously executed digital plans for congressional campaigns at Targeted Victory and consulted for Republican campaigns and the NRSC. "Their wealth of knowledge and experience will further strengthen our ability to provide exceptional service to our clients," said ROKK Solutions co-founder and partner Ron Bonjean.

The Public Relations Global Network elects Andy See Teong Leng, principal partner and managing director of Perspective Strategies in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as its president for the next 12 months. He previously served as secretary since April 2019 and was regional vice president for PRGN’s Asia Pacific region from 2020 to 2022. He succeeds former president David Fuscus, president and CEO at Xenophon Strategies in Washington, D.C., who will now assume the duties of immediate past president and chair of PRGN’s Advisory Board. Other PRGN officers elected by owners of member agencies include: treasurer Brad Kostka, president of Roop & Co. in Cleveland, Ohio, succeeding Amanda Hill, principal of Three Box Strategic Communications in Dallas, who served two two-year terms; and secretary Frédéric François, managing partner of two cents in Brussels, Belgium, succeeding Andy See Teong Leng.

The Hill promotes Sarakshi Rai to director of audience development. Rai, who joined The Hill in October 2021, will continue to lead the platform’s social media team. She previously held several positions at ITP Media Group, including editor in chief of Masala! Magazine, a publication focused on the South Asian film industry, and digital editor at Esquire Middle East. In her new role, she will be responsible for growing the audience for The Hill and will work across the newsroom to increase overall site traffic.
