Laura Poe has joined the leadership team at Orlando’s Uproar PR as director of social media.

Laura PoePoe arrives at the full-service PR and social media firm after a stretch of digital posts in the healthcare industry, holding social media manager positions at Adventist Health System in Altamonte Springs and Florida Hospital in Orlando. Prior to that, she managed communications and PR duties for the town of Celebration, Florida.
In the new post, Poe will manage Uproar’s social media, digital content creation and search engine marketing teams and will lead the direction of social and digital engagement at the agency. She joins Uproar as the Orlando-based firm has grown its social media team by 400 percent in the last year.
Uproar maintains additional offices in Chicago, Toronto and New York.
