LaVoieHealthScience has added Emmaus Life Sciences for strategic communications programming to help raise awareness around sickle cell disease and the company’s dedication to patients suffering from it. Emmaus is the producer of Endari (L-glutamine oral powder), a medication that was approved in July 2017 to reduce acute complications associated with sickle cell disease for patients ages five years and older. LHS’s other clients include BIO, Carmell Therapeutics, Landos Biopharma, NewLink Genetics, Newron Pharmaceuticals and other emerging health and science companies.
